Unlikely but you never know. Can anyone recommend any cocktail recipes that will allow me to use up the following alcoholic drinks. (Not necessarily in one drink):
Curacao (I have used all the tequila)
Whisk(e)y (ideally a way to make this appeal to someone with a sweet tooth, i.e me)
Sherry

Really though, maybe give whisky, sherry & gomme a go with... idk. Ginger ale?

*I'm not proud of why I bought this, but it seemed funny at the time.
(I only know how to drink cocktails, not make them, so won't try to recommend a recipe)
Here’s one I drank earlier.
I hate whisky so don't ask me on that one.
And not for wasting good fancy whisky obviously!
For the pedro Jimenez use with vodka, advocaat and a little milk to make a Christmas pudding and custard type martini
Pedro Ximenez makes amazing ice cream (if you can be bothered!)
It's a great site

If you do make something drinkable, can you call it 49 days later?
One part Curacao
One part whiskey
One part Sherry
Ice
Failing that, buy some red vermouth and make manhattans, aka The Best Cocktail.
Re whiskey cocktails though, if the main ingredient is too Smokey, you’re screwed. Maybe something straightforward and unashamedly sweetened like a mint julep would save you.
Whisky always makes mental cocktails, the best ones are based around vodka, gin or white rum. (Maybe tequila or Peso).
Strong flavoured spirits (whisky dark rum) just drink or leave.
