I didn’t get the complaint about the food.. it was a legit slice of cheese. The bread wasn’t moldy at all and they even gave them salad. That’s what they would have gotten at a Michelin starred restaurant for the same price!
I’d have killed to have been at Fyre Fest. Who wouldn’t have wanted to stay at the luxury tents and be served gourmet cheese sandwiches (probably Kraft singles made with 100% real milk) in gold-colored styrofoam containers
Probably because they see the problems. Kinda hard to enjoy those shows after the past 4 years and knowing just how bad some of those places are when your not too drunk or high to look at it.
I remember seeing a post from someone about it that went there, they'd gotten a free ticket from a raffle or something. They said they had a great time just watching all the rich kids whine and suffer, because none of the negative shit actually bothered them because they were just used to it all.
100%. I am mad as hell I missed this, almost as upset as I was when I missed the poop cruise (anyone remember that?). It sounds like it would have been hilarious.
How much fun can one have at a dusty ass dirty beach with nothing on it after they spent thousands of dollars to go? Probably a bunch of rich kids buying tickets anyway so I guess they kinda deserved it… #taxtherich
Honestly, I doubt it. But, I do like the mental image of him on his PJ dropping down into the madness singing in his head "and I'm always on time, and I gave you my all"
It was too many social media influencers who thought they were all VIP’s. People who love festivals would have been like, “free tents on a beach in Bahamas? Yeah, give me that slice of American cheese… “

"We'll always have Fyre Fest"
Everybody else: where is the bus
They were expecting so much. They barely got anything.
I saw very little silver lining searching going on with those folks. Some people don't even have a ham sandwich today, Gavin.
(It would have been so much worse)
