Pete Hegseth recklessly disclosed sensitive military attack plans that jeopardized American lives. And previously embarrassed us in front of our NATO allies in Brussels. Why does this guy still have a job?

Here’s an unctuous toady who has zero scruples around caring about what could have happened to troops due to the morons running national security and confuses luck with what her actual job is, which is making sure people don’t have to rely on luck to stay alive www.nytimes.com/2025/03/27/u...

Yet, we all know that this is a lie and he did... White House, DOD deny that Hegseth leaked military secrets in chat app www.militarytimes.com/news/pentago...

ICYMI: Here is American Oversight’s lawsuit against Pete Hegseth, Tulsi Gabbard, John Ratcliffe, Scott Bessent, Marco Rubio, and the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration for violations of the Federal Records Act and Administrative Procedure Act. www.documentcloud.org/documents/25...

Probably not everyone.

Very Well Said and Accurate….

Himes: "Apparently all this mayhem is cheered by the president of the United States and by 20-somethings with laptops and names like Big Balls. But I've been doing this for a long time, and I know that Moscow and Beijing and Tehran and Pyongyang cannot believe their luck."

For Fox & Friends to question the credibility of Jeffrey Goldberg and the Atlantic defies satire. It is beyond parody. It is farce.

Members of the Yemen Signal chat—including NatSec Advisor Michael Waltz and Chief of Staff Susie Wiles—left their Venmo accounts exposed, linking them to politicians, doctors, tailors, lobbyists, and each other. Experts say it a digital op-sec disaster. w/ @timmarchman.bsky.social

I appreciate that Jeffrey Goldberg did not sit on this news for a book that he writes two years from now

This guy is in one of the worst prisons in the world with no way out and may spend the rest of his life there because, it appears, he has an autism awareness tattoo in honor of his little brother. www.motherjones.com/politics/202...

SCOOP: A WIRED review of public data shows that national security adviser Mike Waltz, White House chief of staff Susie Wiles, and other top officials left sensitive information exposed via Venmo—until WIRED asked about it.

Make this go viral! Her husband’s life was put at risk by the Signal texts.

Well, they lied. Obviously.

Thank You Jared Moskowitz, Elizabeth Warren, Adam Schiff, Jamie Raskin, and Pete Buttigieg for speaking out against our leaders who have committed espionage.

It's ironic that the one person who wasn't supposed to be in that Signal chat that should have never taken place (we know this can't be the only time) handled that information with more respect and professionalism than the leaders of our intelligence departments..

After the Atlantic published the texts this morning, Tulsi Gabbard is confronted today on why she lied in her testimony to the Senate yesterday. She says she misremembered.

As more information is revealed, it is clear that the cover-up is even worse than the crime. Every single person involved has no business being involved in our government. At minimum, there should be resignations. And prosecutions.

ABC News: "An unthinkable breach of national security." CBS News: "An unthinkable breach of national security." MSNBC: "An unthinkable breach of national security." CNN: "An unthinkable breach of national security." Fox News: "We've all texted the wrong person before."

If an Army private accidentally texted the details of a classified military operation to a reporter, let alone transmitted any classified information to anyone who was unauthorized over an unsecured device, they’d be charged and likely spend time in Leavenworth. But it’s Hegseth, so probably not.

Buttigieg: "I know this -- in my experience both in the cabinet and as an intelligence officer, you would have to go out of your way to take classified information and move it into an unclassified system."

As bad as the Houthi PC Group Chat is, and as bad as the DOGE stories leaking by the minute are...what's happening under the radar is so, so much worse.

One point Goldberg made that is really important. This is the kind of info you can only access inside a SCIF. Phones--especially not phones loaded up with social media--aren't allowed in SCIFs. www.theatlantic.com/politics/arc...

Collins: Do you think someone should be fired over this? Buttigieg: Absolutely… if there’s not accountability for a screw up like this, especially from a president who used to fire people on television for sport, what are we even doing here..

Very Well Said AOC….

I would like to nominate Maxwell Smart for national security advisor.

Disgraceful response. They never take responsibility. Pete Hegseth put our national security at risk. He is completely unfit to lead.

This is apparently the best the official DOD “rapid response” account can do in response to the Houthi PC Small Group story.

Brit is apparently not willing to go along with the New Big Lie being pushed by Hegseth and Fox hosts.

Any member of the military who did what they did on signal would be kicked out or arrested.

Any security professional - military, government or otherwise - would be fired on the spot for this type of conduct and criminally prosecuted for being so reckless with this kind of information.

Just saying: if Lloyd Austin had done this, every GOP lawmaker would call for his resignation by close-of-business the same day, and they'd probably have it.

Just accidentally texted Steve Harvey the plans for my invasion of France. I'd appreciate privacy during this difficult time and whatnot.

Jeffrey Goldberg thinking he was being pranked and then realizing he was actually just in the war plans group chat is such a good microcosm of how it feels to be alive right now, everything seems fake until you realize it’s actually real and incredibly stupid

What you have to understand about Pete Hegseth copying and pasting war plans into Signal is that it almost certainly means he’s got classified documents on his personal UNSECURE devices. Signal isn't on a secure device...are our war plans on his personal devices? @jeffreygoldberg.bsky.social

Circling back on this…

The fact that the New York Times feels the need to add "regardless of which party is in office" shows that it fundamentally still doesn't understand the threat it, the media and our country faces.

‼️‼️

Is Bondi going to prosecute this guy federally as a domestic terrorist?

So…lock them up?

How many Signal chats with sensitive information about military operations are ongoing within the Pentagon right now? Where else are war plans being shared with such abject disregard for our national security? We need answers. Right now.
