An insect found in the fields of Limgrave and the Altus Plateau. Bees were once the symbol of the house of the Traveling Flowers. Seeing nothing yet open to all, these fragrant plants were a sign of both impending joy and sorrow.

I think it would be fun to cold contact their major giving people, make them spend the time developing a relationship, and then tell them to fuck off after weeks and weeks

This is a problem with a lot of performatively participatory processes. They schedule based on when is convenient for them, because they don't actually care if people show up. In fact, it's probably better for them, because they get to adjourn earlier.

Alon…. You don’t have to have an opinion on everything, it’s okay to just… not post

Really hard to keep reading stuff like this without coming to the conclusion that the Constitution has finally failed and it’s time for something new. You can’t have a Constitutional order where one of the two main parties just… doesn’t give a fuck about any of this, it simply does not work

I honestly don't think most elected officials think about what it would be like to have the erratic leader of the largest military on the planet threaten you

There are lots of options for cameras that record without internet access. Even a cheap one with an SD card slot would do

I know this is small potatoes in the grand scheme of things but if a Dem pres said they were “looking forward” to a head of state’s funeral the Republicans would have launched 17 investigations

This seems like a distinction without a difference. I guess you'll be able to see the "texture" of the 35mm better but that doesn't seem important when you're really seeing more detail of the physical film stock, not of the image captured on the film stock, nor is it original to the cinematography.

I think a better question is why does he look like he has to take a shit, does he look like that all the time, and how will he look when he's in federal prison for treason

No, they should be arrested, prosecuted, and put in federal prison

I am HERE for the "prestige" tv backlash. Make making movies possible again!

It’s a solid tv show that doesn’t aspire to be high art, which is why it’s so revelatory in this era of television shows that hate the medium

Why are you such a fucking credulous rube? Resign.

At a minimum: 1) Every single official in the Trump administration needs to be prosecuted and sent to federal prison 2) Every single elected Republican in the House and Senate needs to be barred for life from elected office

An understated great thing about The Pitt is it's the type of show that you can talk about with your mom, a type of show sadly thin on the ground the past few years

Holy shit yes

This is incredibly depressing. It's going to be a long project to normalize arresting these people for their obvious crimes.

Also see any American movie from like 1930-1960 that used fake snow made out of… asbestos

Yeah this isn't true. Variations of this idiom have been found in print as early as the 18th Century. Morton rewrote it slightly and used it in ad copy, that's all.

They’ve been promising self-driving cars for a decade, still haven’t delivered to any real degree, and now AI is gonna replace DOCTORS, lol okay

Whenever we get on the other side of this, lots and lots of people are gonna have to go to federal prison, and I wouldn’t even be mad if we started the prosecutions with Rubio

We are finally seeing the fruits of the long war against the liberal arts and, thus, critical thinking skills

It's been a great feature, really enjoying it. Learned some new stuff about Casablanca, didn't even know that was possible at this point

Everyone involved in this should go to prison for the rest of their lives and I am rather quickly not able to care about anything else. It's the ultimate litmus test for whether or not we're going to take this seriously.
