NEW! Sworn declarations filed last night confirm the Trump admin sent INNOCENT people to rot in prison El Salvador, including a professional soccer player jailed and tortured by the Maduro regime, who entered this country LEGALLY to seek asylum, and who has NO CRIMINAL RECORD in either country.

Trump / Musk seems to have an odd idea of "freedom of speech". Seems mainly for neo-Nazis, but not for Trump critics.

Keir Starmer repeatedly insisted, just last week, that there will be "no return to austerity" under his government

The whitewashing of US history continues at Pete Hegseth’s Department of Defense www.washingtonpost.com/investigatio...

Could Badenoch's policy change be driven by the "influence" of fossil fuel interest groups not the facts ?

Odd.

Terrible deal. I don’t understand how Trump, who has four years under his belt with Putin, constantly gets played. Trump moves to normalize relations with Russia for trinkets.

Putin wants an energy/infrastructure only ceasefire. A sign that these attacks by Ukraine are having real impact and he's worried by then. Ukraine should consider rejecting Putin's selective ceasefire and get something broader than helps Ukraine.

The Department of Defense deemed a story about baseball hero and civil rights leader Jackie Robinson's time in the Army as "DEI" and deleted it.

If this is right, you can see Putin’s play, the outlines of which have been obvious for some time. Make a demand European powers (let alone Ukraine) will be extremely reluctant to accept. Drive an even bigger wedge US and Europe... www.bloomberg.com/news/article...

Why is water still not nationalised ? Privatisation has failed on every criteria. England and Wales are the only countries in the world with a fully privatized water and sewage disposal system.

Kemi Badenoch and four members of her Shadow Cabinet received donations from funders of the Global Warming Policy Foundation, which campaigns against Net Zero GWPF do not release details of their funding, but US tax records reveal links to the fossil fuel industry bylinetimes.com/2025/03/18/k...

"I don't care what the judges think" should be grounds for impeachment for any public official, but especially for key actors in the national security system.

The “assets” that Trump is talking about dividing up with Putin are all in Ukraine and are Ukrainian. Be warned Europe. If he divide up Ukrainians assets with Russia today, no reason he can’t do that with other European states tomorrow. www.cnn.com/2025/03/17/p...

This is how our government has been corrupted:  1) Donors give huge sums to elect politicians to office.  2) Elected officials rewrite the rules in the donors' favor.  3) Donors make a huge profit.  4) Repeat. For the sake of democracy, we must get Big Money out of politics.

Trump claims power to overturn Article I of the Constitution (Congress's authority over spending); Article II (predecessor's pardon power); and Article III (by defying a federal court order).

Absolutely gutted to hear the Thames Water bailout is going ahead Millions of "customers" forced to pay £250 extra for ever expanding debt pile There has never been a better time for the government to step in and introduce PERMANENT PUBLIC OWNERSHIP news.sky.com/story/thames...

Trump declares he and Putin will discuss how to best divide Ukraine’s assets and resources. Neither Trump or Putin have any say on Ukraines sovereignty. www.itv.com/news/2025-03...

Starmer urged to introduce wealth tax instead of cutting disability benefits – UK politics live

The New York Times is the first to put out comprehensive estimates on the cost of a year without U.S.A.I.D. and they’re higher than I thought: - 1.65 million deaths from AIDS - 500,000 from lack of vaccines - 550,000 from lack of food aid - 290,000 from malaria - 310,000 from TB

Fox News is now displaying photos of judges who rule against Trump while hosts and Republicans attack them live on air

CANADA - BACKING OUT OF F-35 DEAL Like Portugal and Germany - and likely the rest of Europe - Canada is also backing out of the F-35 deal. No one trusts the US anymore. Europe expects to rely on domestic weapons going forward according to Macron. Clearly the US has turned into a non-allied.

Holy crap. The DOJ is arguing that the President can unilaterally deport anyone he wants without ANY statutory authority, just on his inherent authority as President over national security. That is a terrifying claim to make and not one that has ever been recognized before in US history.

This guy, who became rich off tax money, is fine now, but thinks other peoples pain is funny and cool. Tax elon

Technocracy was founded by Howard Scott in 1932, which was incessantly promoted by Elon Musk's grandfather Joshua Haldeman, who lived in Canada before moving to South Africa in 1950. Howard Scott created this map in 1940, desiring dominion of North America including Greenland, Canada and Panama.

The idiocy here is immense. Musk is more of an anti-European than Putin. No European governments should do business with any of his companies (looking at you Italy - and Starlink). He’s just here to pull down everything decent and collaborative, so that he can control the pieces.

Why is Trump trying to build 10 new Tech Tyrant Towns (aka “freedom cities”)? The answer is much weirder than you think. Here’s a quick explainer. Please share with everyone you know. #NetworkState youtu.be/CCj_q8tw-mI?...

Rideshare apps need a “no Tesla” option. No thanks, I’ll catch the next one.

The real choice Democrats face is not between a continuing resolution that allows the government to function normally or a government shutdown. Under the Trump regime, the government is not functioning normally. It is already shutting down. Why vote to legitimize Trump's coup?

Musk's Nazi sympathizing grandfather, Joshua Haldeman, was head of the Canadian branch of Technocracy Inc. which wanted a "Technate of America" to combine Canada, the United States, Greenland, Central America etc. under non-democratic, technocratic rule. Likely just coincidental.
