Is there a surefire way to tell if an account is a bot? I have seen a few accounts that have a certain "botness" to all of the replies but I don't want to go around reporting real people for just being kind of weird.

If they have multiple replies to unrelated threads in a matter of minutes all with lengthy and similar manner of speech, they are probably a robot, so report and block them.

If they aren't robots, block them anyway, they're just being a pest.
