Yes. The Senate passed a bill to remove tariffs on Canada. Only 4 Republicans voted yes, Paul, McConnell, Collins and Murkowski. All other Republicans, including Cruz, voted against.

Ted Cruz will publicly state that he's against tariffs because they are, in effect, a tax on consumers, but he will nevertheless vote for them when in Congress. He will also vote for tax cuts that primarily benefit the very wealthy. It is a Republican parallel policy: reward rich, tax poor.
