Not many people know this, but in Massachusetts, colonial-era town criers would wake the people in the pre-dawn hours with calls of "time to make the donuts, time to make the donuts".
I love how he personally gets credit for a ride that he only made like 10% of before getting caught and two assistants, including a black man actually did the ride but are rarely credited directly
I wish for only peace for Ben.
Even relaxing moments like smoking a cigarette outside and getting donuts appear to be more emotionally taxing than they should.

I'm from California, but have been in New England for over a decade. The number and ubiquity of Dunks is actually the first thing I tell most people about as a defining characteristic of the region when they visit.
There are 3 + Dunkins I could hit with a piss stream from in front of my toilet if there were no obstructions, like a dozen within a couple miles, many directly across the street from each other
I would go on a vacation that followed historical figures routes with all of the best food stops included.
I enjoy Duncan Donuts.
If the food was included in the price, that would be a marketable experience. Authentic? No. I am not wanting to do that. I want a little history with my meals.
Sad that I've been to almost all of these Dunks. But I've also walked most of the route (except where we now have made land, and the riders used original ground features).
Wait till you hear about all of the hay raids on the Boston Harbor Islands. Farmers were badass (and they weren't all guys)
He buys one of the steel bottles to use as an improvised bludgeon against any potential redcoat spies that might jump out of the bushes at him, Just In Case
"THE BRITISH ARE COMING! THE BITISH ARE CO-- yeah lemme get a latte and a half dozen crullers, thanks. THE BRITISH ARE-- no no, not caramel, just a plain latte"
makes you wonder about the flaccid army
and how far different they were to the Redcoats.
George's minions were living relatively well, right? Plenty of food and all the headsmashing you could want?

British stopped the trio before they could reach Concord, so Prescott lept a wall on horseback to escape.
Revere never made it.
Prescott saved the US and did it all for the nookie.
~AND~
It matters who gets to tell their version of history.

This is a great year for it!
He also adored the Ravere ride with all the vibe/energy out there with the other people on the street. And the constant messaging.
Of the importance of having a Dunkey's near

But it's totally doable 🤔
