I probably put $2-5k on our company card a month. There are 16 of us and our sales team who travels probably spends more.
We don't necessarily pay it off entirely every month.
I can see how it might add up in slow months.

$1.2 million in PERSON, credit card specific debt is wild. It’s clear that he just never pays the cards and he keeps getting new ones because of his last name.
The credit cards this guy gets access to are not the same things us normal folks think of.
