To be fair to them. It has worked. Hate it or not For You content keeps people scrolling

That's how social networks are supposed to be built.
I don't want a For You tab that is 75% the most evil people on the planet, interspersed with ads.
It reminded me so much of early Fakebook when they would change the security settings back to default every second day with an 'update' and then try to hide how to reset everything back.
I have received notification that they're shutting it down due to copyright infringement.
By all means, shut it down; nothing on it came from me. But the issue there is YOURS, FB, not mine.
Shittier, but wider, engagement looks good for them on paper but I guarantee they have ppl internally saying itβs going to suck (Iβve been one of the ppl trying to warn them at different places).
