When you steam frozen broccoli in the bag, there is a puddle of broccoli water in the bottom that is delicious and I drink it from the bag. The green water from fresh broccoli steamed in a pot is disgusting however and gets dumped in the sink
I put a lot of effort into maintaining the ratio of foods to one another as I eat, so that I don't run out of one dish early. And the last bite has to be the thing I enjoy most on the plate
Not mine but my niece won’t eat anything shaped like a ball (e.g., a meatball). If it’s cut in half, she will eat it. She also won’t eat soup because she feels it looks like regurgitated food. She is 21 years old.
the bagel pops out a little brown and crispy, then i add too much cream cheese, ham, and slices of strong cheddar and slap it all together into a goopy sandwich. this dish originated as a hangover breakfast to be eaten over the sink in the dark but these days i usually get out a plate and everything
I was hilling potatoes with a friend in my youth, and dad came by to check how we were doing, and he just dusted off one of the potatoes like an apple, and then ate it.
Milk/grape nuts mediation is a precarious navigation. I make a well in the middle for the milk, build the grape nuts up around the rim, and then use my spoon to erode the banks slowly into the milk as I eat. This allows for the proper crunchy-into-soggy progression
I like eating peanuts shell and all. Not all of them - too salty that way and would probably be rough on my belly. Just a couple here and there in between eating the rest without shells.

yes to jalapeños, onion, cilantro, lime, salt but eff those watery diced tomatoes
If you want tomatoes, the salsa is right over there 🤲
It's chicharrón of the sea.
Frozen peas straight from the packet are the best.
crime.
No. Ketchup. Ever.
It didn't taste like anything tbh, it was just a cold dorito
