I'm old and anxious with high blood pressure so I'm looking for something different. Maybe the 30th episode of the Twilight Zone's first season: A Stop at Willoughby. (I'm not as old as my choice reflects, you ageists!)
The movie Prisoners made me so anxious I had to pause it and walk out of the room for a while. Probably have to throw that on tonight just to calm down.
Miracle Mile is really engrossing, and a welcome respite from the stresses of modern US election nights. I also hear some people like to distract themselves with some sort of Russian gambling game? I can't remember the name though..
Every once in a while I read the Wikipedia article for Threads, The Day After and other films of their ilk and fall into a depressive existential dread. We need new ones of those.

Perfect. Thanks!
It's about three hours so give it a watch if you have the desire to do so
On the first level, you have people saying "this is really what family holidays are like for some people?!"

Testament it is.
