McDonald's Dinner Samplers Menu (1992-1992): In select locations, McDonald's offered the opportunity to "sample" some of the non-burger dinner items being tested around that time as entrees, as a side portion. Options included a piece of roast chicken, spaghetti/fettuccine alfredo, or pizza slice

While we’re reminiscing about Rotten Ronnies, their Dino-Sized Fries and Nerds McFlurry promoting that Dinosaurs movie were unreal.
McLobster in New England
McCrabcakes/Crab Salad in DelMarVa
McTortas and Cuban Sandwiches in South Florida
McCatfish in the Southeast
McHoagies in the mid-Atlantic
The list goes on! (note: I have covered or will be covering all of these foods!)
The regional thing is weird though because they are still going up against plentiful and better Lobster Rolls
Frank Stallone as ... McCatfish.
Wednesdays this fall on CBS.
When did they even TRY?
Spoiled with so many real lobster roll options here in New England. Sad they are gone though because we'd always get a chuckle outta the MCLOBSTER IS BACK
Wegman's temporarily did crab pretzels here, and they were excellent, but I trust McDonald's with crab as much as I trust them to do a surgery on someone.
(What do I have to do to get a McDonald's Cuban sandwich up here in Ohio? That's now all I want from them.)
I actually like the McRib.... *pelted with local garbage*
Tho my dad tells me it was a RAX before that
Fazoil's is fine if you need cheap Italian food in a pitch but nowadays just go to olive garden at that point 🤧
(I am not a big alfredo fan anyway, except for Alfredo Griffin, so take this assessment with a grain of salt, perhaps.)
Think I’ll wash it down with a Crystal Pepsi.
Wow. I remember those '90's prices.
(oh yea, I went there)
