I know someone who made Tshirts for a visiting Japanese group. The Tshirts had images of hot air balloons with Japanese writing to celebrate their visit. Except the Japanese writing was in reverse. The screen printer couldn't tell because he didn't know Japanese.
Google's visual translation is mostly pretty good these days but once in a while it gives me something that reminds me of that old Word Lens app (that they bought)
