Even at artificially high prices I am a fan. We always have cream in the refrigerator, it lasts a long time. Cream in my coffee. Cream in the gravy. Cream in the soup. Cream in the meatloaf, beef stew, chicken Alfredo. Everything is better with a splash of cream.

Cream pricing fluctuations should mirror milk pricing, it's the butterfat that largely drives value. And cream uses a significant amount of butterfat.
I haven't bought cream in sometime, but milk pricing for me has been consistent in the $2.09-2.19 range p/gal.
