We should do a roll call. Not sure which team everyone who follows me likes. We can do two birds with one stone thing here. Tell us your primary team and a little intro and we can find out who to follow. Like a little mixer.
I’m kat. I don't have a primary team. I root for fun games and chaos.

It’s interesting to see which teams fans are here. White Sox fans are here in abundance. There’s so few Yankees fans, for instance

Not much to talk about.
On here, I've been talking more Knicks / St. John's hoops than baseball.
I liked him. He was fun to watch.
But I feel like they make more sense as a team this year.
As the World Series proved, defense matters.
(Mets fan here)
Got back into baseball in 2019 after being largely disconnected since high school thanks to a coworker asking me to join a fantasy league. Now I’m in way too deep.
I'm the guy (one of 'em anyway) who cuts up old cards and makes art. I'm also oddly devoted to the most random players from my yout'.
When I’m not watching sports I love to travel, make music, and spend time on the lake!
I enjoy baseball (obviously), hockey, and pretty much any sports in general. Star Wars nerd. I also collect bobbleheads and things of such nature
As a kid, Jim Rice was my favorite player. So used to follow the Red Sox in the 80s.
I’m a mentally ill baseball nut who is desperately trying to get back to working in baseball
Japanese baseball is kinda My Thing - I've written a travel guide on it and I do English VO for some NPB teams.
Also try to hit a few spring training games a year bc we’re so close, and some ridiculous Low A baseball during the summer.
Sometimes the dog gets to go with.
White Sox fan since birth (parents from IL). Rockies came to my state when I was 10.
Pirates are my home team but I also like/follow: mariners, orioles, rays, blue jays, padres, royals
used to follow rockies and white sox too but *gestures at everything* 🥲
I am a Cubs fan. Though I also follow a fair bit of White Sox as my wife is a fan/sufferer.
I am big movie/tv/comics nerd.
I despise the Rays and the Yankees (natch).
My favourite players are both unheralded Italian American Blue Jays - Frank Catalanotto and Chris Colabello.
I have no link to Italy.
*growing up in the 90s, they were a big source of pride for me and my late father. Especially Bernie Williams.
Since getting back into baseball, I am honoring that in his memory but am immensely frustrated by them and love Boston as a city.
Mildly obsessed with baseball history. Go Senators.
Will wear almost any team's hat. Except the Phillies.
Not a giant baseball fan but enjoy all the games from 30,000 feet. My baseball hive makes it awesome.
Used to root for the A's b/c I love and have deep connection w/Oakland, but f^ck John Fisher forever.
@oaklandballers.bsky.social are now my other team. Let's go Ballers!
Abraham Toro
AL team: would have to be the Orioles. I have a soft spot for the bird bros…plus Baltimore is basically a mini Philly
I’m very ok with this eclectic mix.
I like the most. I said probably Joey Votto but of course he’s now retired and those are tough cleats to fill but I’m open to suggestions.
I, uh, teach English to non-native speakers and I write about bullpens for Razzball.
Only season series we won was against the Tigers.
The Brewers and their fans have the best vibes in the league. I don't care for any of the new rules, all the way back to 73.
Teams never should have switched leagues.
And I’ve never seen more Geoffs in a thread ( there were two others)
The white sox are the reason I’m losing interest in baseball

Kids these days don't understand how tough it was to be a fan back then. I grew up in Idaho, and the only time I saw them was the one time a year they'd make it in an NBC Game of the Week. I will always support every team at all star games.
I'm a Nats fan bc I didn't watch baseball growing up (living overseas), but my dad's from DC and the Nats started right when I moved back for college.
Now I live in MD, and work at the Library of Congress. Living the dream. 👍
Couldn’t even win a series against the White Sox ffs. Pathetic.
also greatly enjoy watching jacob degrom and brandon pfaadt pitch and am going to spend far too much time this season searching for highlights of the blue jays second baseman.
Spent time working for Cole Hamels Foundation, so that squad forever has my heart.
Current joy is having converted my little niece into a die hard Phils fan.
I like to share about TV I’m watching, my kids, and sports! Baseball, some hockey, and other random stuff.
Come the playoffs or obvious end of any cub hopes, I tend to root for teams that haven't won in awhile or ever and whoever is playing the Cardinals.
I'm probably going to ❤️any pet posts I see, unless they are snakes.
Love the Orioles and would like to have an NL team.
I love the fast guys. Stolen bases and triples rule.
i also enjoy the Rockies and Mets and have a soft spot for the Tigers bc i just kind of enjoy Detroit sports in general
really i can find it in my heart to enjoy something about most baseball teams (except the Astros/Yankees/Angels/Jays)
I'm more likely to watch soccer these days given my vocation fo being a ref.
Rockies sympathiser
NCAA enthusiast
AZ gets rid of great jerseys all the time, but their replacements tend to be just as good
raised a white sox fan; we’ve broken up, but still talk here and there.
i like players more than teams, but my primary team is the brewers.
Love MLBTV, will watch any team playing except the Astros.
Down with stoicism, up with players showing emotion
Loved last year, all in for the gimmicks.
I think something that bonds at least 1/2 of baseball fans is the experience of attending home openers that include the possibility of frostbite.
I'm Michael.
Cubs fan now living in Seattle.
I wrote hundreds of articles about the Cubs on a now defunct site. Got a little burned out and pay a little less attention now. But like to think I still have good Cubs takes, just now in exclusively shorter form.
World Series are overrated
Have been also known to cheer for the mariners, d-backs and Padres
I'm happy to talk current* baseball with anyone.
*I'm really bad at remembering stuff from baseball history even though I've heard / read a bunch.
I’ll still be mad at the Cubs forever ofc ofc
👋🏼
I generally get along with everybody except the proudly dumb and mean.
(It's just a wonderwall cover.)
Also resent that Yankee fans are often lumped in with fans of the Cowboys, Lakers, and Duke. I hate all three.
silly mlb smack talk is the good stuff.
I am in South Florida
I enjoy rooting for the underdog
I'm a sucker for scrappy players. I have so much deep and abiding goodwill toward Rhys and Jayme Hoskins that it should be studied.
Nick Castellanos.
I miss him.
I'm glad he's doing well even if it's not for us!
Jenny and Dallas rule!
My hatred for the Giants has driven me into the arms of the Dodgers. Pretty soft landing though I have to admit.
I now live in Chicago and go to as many Cubs (expensive) and White Sox (cheap) games as possible.
Not really a baseball account but in between books, writing, and other nonsense there is some baseball. Or hockey. Or F1.
RIP Uecker 😢
Big Blue Jays fan (possibly unfortunate again) they’re tattooed onto my soul whether I like it or not.
Other things include the Maple Leafs, golf, cottage, and general avoidance thru social media 😊
- Skydome
- Riverfront Stadium (Cincy)
- Candlestick Park (McGwire v Bonds in ‘98)
- Whatever they called Chase Field in 2000
Older me took myself to:
- Miller Park and Wrigley (B2B)
- GABP
- Comerica Park
- Citi Field
- Fenway Park
- PNC Park
- Progressive Jacobs Field (several times this has fallen through)
- Oracle Park
- Petco Park
- whomever bought the naming rights to Safeco Field
That said, I love the sport in general and love visiting MiLB stadiums.
*me, checking Padres news to give my mental health a quick break from the awful*:.... lol. Okay.
Rays: Hometown team
313. GRIT.
Super excited when baseball season comes around; we are a home divided for football (Lions (yay!) & Packers (boooo)), but we both root for the Tigers!
Cubs fan since 2012, after the Marlins got their new stadium and then burned down the team. Cautiously optimistic about this season but disappointed about the lack of serious attempts to spend money.
Twins first but I love baseball in general.
My hobbies include heavy metal concerts, procrastination and petting cats.
I’m hoping it gets even busier as we get closer to the start of the season.
NL East race is going to be nuts this year.
I will die mad at Chase Utley for what he did in 2015. IYKYK. #LGM 💙🧡
Looking for an NL team to follow this season!
I love watching Julio play! He always looks like he’s having the best time.
Guardians STH here. I listen to every single game I can’t attend on the radio. Tom Hamilton is the GOAT. All love to José!
Sometimes I listen to West Coast games on the radio at night in hopes that they will infiltrate my dreams.
Royals but big fan of all the players
Absolutely ZERO Cardinals bullshit tho
