Here's to hoping that the media at-large is taking notes!
Often known to be awful and difficult to control dogs who don't listen to commands.
Our elected leadership is too scared. The People have to do The Work.
And Wired is full of technical people who weren't just paying attention, they were the ones reporting
Mostly to encourage Condé Nast to keep them doing what they’re doing. And also, it was 5$
Oh right, nevermind, they canned him for not kissing that orange ass in DC.
Nobody on this thread can define “fascism”
Wired has no special, unique access, here. The rest of the media *could* be covering this, they simply are *choosing not to*.
literal backdoor. one can even call it coding in malware to the system. FROM WHAT I HEARD ANYWAY.

Nicely done, people!
AKA Tiger Beat On the Potomac.
Now owned by a German version of Rupert Murdoch. They have been trying to help trump and the GOP for years.
For the overwhelmed, there are good daily summaries at What The Fuck Just Happened Today, and summaries plus analysis at electoral-vote.com.
The real IT folks are going "oh holy fuck pushing to prod cold turkey? - fuck"
Since they know the public will see their stuff as it is.
Because they're a tech magazine, WIRED's writers may have already been dialed in to the types of people involved here
It's just one subscription, Michael. What could it cost..."
yup $10 for a year. Less than one banana, er, I mean one carton of eggs!
/Not me looking at the Enquirer BS for any particular reason
Had an argument with a dear mate tonight, trying to tell me that Wired was not news.
He expects ABC, NBC, CBS to cover stuff. Tried to tell him that's not happening.
Love that @wired.com et al are stepping up. Most other media is failing America.
Many (most?) in finance tend center-right politically; lots believe deregulation & tax cuts are cure-alls; 2nd + 3rd level effects are not a priority.
And, it's a pendulum that swings to & fro over decades
Wired: Wired
Of course, I'm sure someone on Breitbart or the Daily Wire is about to tell us it's no big deal.
Despite all the garment-rending about TikTok being a a wholly-owned subsidiary of the CCP, it & here are two of the few places I can get stuff other than legacy media pap.
NSF? Talent moving on to other endeavors, no return.
Etc.
Incalculable damage.
Broadcast news is owned by Disney (ABC), Paramount (CBS), Comcast (NBC).
Newspapers are owned by billionaires, hell, even Buzzfeed news had Vivek Ramaswamy with his 8.4% share ‘suggest’ they hire Candace Owens or Tucker Carlson
Pulitzers for everybody!
Legacy media is beyond useless, it exists only to sell ads and make billionaires feel good about their decision to impose fascism on the rest of us.
Condé Nast.

Corporate media serve corporate interests.
Through extortion of course.
Wired: YOLO! We're going at this full send! *chugs a four pack of Redbull* So, here's the admin's LATEST batch of bullshit, exclusive.
