Oh my goodness, I never thought of this. I remain adamant that over the top is correct, but now I could see a scenario where I could make allowance in my life for around the back…
My cat just chews a hole straight to the center of the roll instead, effectively ruining the whole thing, so we just have to keep our bathroom doors shut lol
That's better than having to clean up a bunch of shredded and chewed tp scattered all the way down the hall and into the kitchen, then later finding more shreds on the bed.
Officer: "It was coming right for me, while sitting stationary on the ground in a menacing fashion. After several warnings I was forced to open fire, at which point the rock pulled out a gun and shot several bystanders."
My agents in the South of the Empire say there’s a saying about rocks. It’s like this: he wouldn’t know his ass from a hot rock. I don’t know about a cool rock.
ok i'll if trust that figure then they are making too much money. It doesn't come from nowhere , that is extorted from poor sick people at their worst moments. If a bank robber gives over 50% of the loot to a charity i doesn't make it ok.
Yep. This guy, this company, and this industry are built in exploiting people in their most vulnerable moments, adding burdens to already grieving or struggling families, and ruining the lives of millions of people for the sake of shareholder dividends and executive bonuses
Look, they’ve got a plan to monetize the rock. All they have to do is make an NFT of the rock and then… guys? GUYS! No, this time it’s totally gonna work!
My question is how many of the CompStat reported YTD 347 murders are unsolved and what are the resources allocated to their investigation.
How can this outlay be justified for 1 case, surely not because it is a white, male millionaire?
More people need to see this. Everyone I talk to has the impression that NYC is the same as it was in the ‘80s and ‘90s, but it’s nothing like that. I’ve been there several times in the past 30 years and never felt I was in danger.
NYC has been a punching bag for people that have never set foot here since forever.
The 3 huge cities in the world that are multicultural and great for everything and anything-
New York, Paris, and London, in that order.
The hate is based on envy and/or being insufficiently equipped to live there.
I've got elderly relatives who left the city as kids in the late 40s, came back once to visit in the 80s, and haven't been back since. They always say how they worry about my safety.
I can count on one hand the number of times I've felt unsafe since moving here nine years ago.
To be fair, they are doing exactly the same competent job on catching Neo-Robin Hood that they wld do for anyone else, in the sense that they have no idea what's going on and can't seem to figure anything out.
You could not have more digital forensic data than NYPD has and yet here we are 5 days later and nothing
They have Minority Report level surveillance in New York City and yet we here we
If it can't help stop the crime, maybe it can help solve the crime
I love technology, when used for good, correctly
I was a programmer in the 1980s & am tech competent
I remember when I found out that ankle monitors are NOT monitored at all until after the fact
I want to know why they don't know what bus he got on to leave NYC
Or do they know that
$38 million? Just how many of them and are they on triple time or something to discover a cool rock? Hate to think what the NYPD annual wage bill is especially in a country that hates taxes
UPDATE: Police deployed a remote-operated robotic bomb defusal device to flip the rock over. High resolution imagery from the 43 NYPD drones patrolling the park revealed a message painted on the bottom of the rock. The message reads: “LOL Made you look! Remember, remember the 5th of November.”
I find it very funny and odd. So many ppl in broad daylight and no one seemed to notice, where's all the police 😂. I think they're lying saying they know his name, but refuse to release it. They don't even know where to look. They don't think hitman, but it could have been, pretty savvy to escape
It's weird because Kyle Rittenhouse was allowed to walk directly by the police in my town and they thanked him. I guess it really depends how much money you have.

And the end of the back half of the GIF is the cat pulling on the dangling end of TP, which it could do regardless of orientation.
It's definitely CEO season and it's going to continue for at least 4 years.
Finally a use for all those guns

NYC is one of the safest cities in the world per capita and has been for decades now.
Perception is not the reality. Never is.

Good for you, my friend!

But we knew that already.... because we've been saying forever.

Rock: Priceless
This is an outrage.
