We got a Costco membership for the first time in our lives today. They asked why & I said because treat your workers well, you value diversity, & you didn’t cave in to authoritarian demands. He said: “We’ve been getting lots of folks saying that, thanks for joining.”

America is just three investment funds in a trench coat.
Grow everything.
Why would Costco not allow shareholders to invest in their company traded on a public market? That would drive down their share price, which would detract other "good" investors from investing. It's not like they have a board seat or control over corporate decisions.
-Pro tip- keep yourself on a budget or you can bankrupt yourself at Costco w/ all the new items.
Pom pomegranate juice.
Hazelnut crepes.
Some bacon chicken ranch wrap in the deli.
Just Bare chicken everything.
Bibigo chicken.
Bao buns.
Soup dumplings.
The water flats are good if you ever want to hand out water to those in your area who may need extra help finding clean and fresh!
Enjoy!
I have heard that the Costco near me sells the most alcohol in the country—it may or may not be true.
Keep in mind that the prices are higher if you shop online instead of in-store.
Ajinomoto Gyoza
Rasberries

Best of all, you can use your card at international Costcos, too! The hot dog + drink in Japan was 180 yen.

Costco is run by good people, and their shareholders proved to be as well.
There’s tons of great stuff.

The trick is to freeze them and only take out what you need. 🙂↕️
I've also recently learned you should cut the bagels BEFORE freezing. Game changer. 😬
Their ready made meals? Fantastic. When I don't feel like cooking I get the taco kits.
The rotisserie chicken is 🔥 and the precooked shredded chicken is A+ for chicken salad.
The portion size is a bit small, in my opinion, but they are well spiced and delicious.
I'm not a fan of the packaging waste, and they're a bit pricy, but otherwise great.
The Kirkland paper towels are buff
Nuts
Dried fruit
Frozen mango
Frozen berries
Their dried mango is awesome!
If you don’t have one, check local “buy and sell” pages and grab a chest freezer. It’s clutch for the Costco lifestyle.

Puma brand socks (my youngest’s favorites.)
Toothbrushes and toothpaste, always.
Bonne Maman Four Fruits Preserve.
Canned tomato products (sauce, paste..)
Olive oil, cooking spray, butter..
Whole black peppercorns.
Sometimes I will get meat and freeze it, but we’re now a 3 person household. Produce and meat from there doesn’t get used as rapidly as when I had two young kids plowing through produce at breakneck speeds. 😂
* all the meats, especially lamb & steak, organic chicken
* oil, vinegar
* nuts
* tp, paper towels
* cheeses
* foil, plastic wrap, baggies

Bird seed
Prescription pharmacy things for humans and animals
San Pellegrino in glass bottles.
But would love to come visit
But otherwise the little Starbucks sousvide egg dupes aren't a bad breakfast
I think we need boxes of mitres.
Mitres are the global sign of our resistance.
The Sameday does not include clothing or some pharmacy stuff (like sudafed & plan B).
2/2
Rotisserie chicken
Proscuitto- price is amazing
Gruyere
Feta
Bagels - made fresh in store
muffins - bigger than in the grocery store & yummy
Deterg pods

Organic tostito chips. Huge bag but they stay fresh
Don't skip the clothing section - I got 2 nice sweaters for $4.00 each.
Hey since all the chickens have flu maybe there’s a market for alligator eggs? Or the eggs from whatever species Elon Musk is?
You made me snot on myself! That was priceless!
Makes me very happy
https://www.costcobusinesscentre.ca/
The reason I picked it is I liked the way they do business, and I like the people there.
My Costco gets 🤪 busy. A couple of pet peeves of mine.
Put the 🥶 stuff back in a refrigerator.
Return your 🛒
Throw away your 🗑️
Yes, the lines are long, but remember they still hire to humans to check you out and you aren’t being suckered into doing it for 🆓
I yelled ...Yo the can is right there seriously!!!...
It worked.
In all seriousness, thank you for doing that. Unsure, why people do that kind of stuff. Always makes me wonder what the inside of their homes look like.
I've heard some people are splitting the bulk groceries with friends or family. Anyway, now you have options.
Wonder if they might expand to less bulk groceries, like Shoebox, the tiny division of Hallmark...🤗
We are only two in the house now. I don’t go as often but if you watch the flyer, a lot of things are worth stocking up—TP, ecos laundry soap, Kleenex on sale are a great deal.
But I also recently became a Costco member for the same reason, so I guess I need a gallon now…
I mention how much I love butter, and the doc starts raving about Kerrygold.
I point out that i’m getting a pretty mixed message here.
We laugh and laugh, and I go to the store for some Kerrygold.
I’ve always been obsessed with Costco though so this moment is validating 🤣

to achieve what is just/due for everyday Americans, we can’t rely on the democratic party to oppose the Rs.
they have utterly failed
democrats are also the enemy
they ruling class are a uniparty of capitalists bought by billionaires and they don’t care about us, two hands on the same evil body
democrats are also the enemy
they are a uniparty of capitalists bought by billionaires and they don’t care about us
Waze but they are an alphabet company.
I want a landline and a personal phone with a company that doesn’t sell out or sell our data
What's their take on diversity, equity and inclusion? Or do you care about that?
This is a strange hill to die on. Be grateful that so many people support your job. I work for a FQHC and my job isn’t secure due to our current “president”
I want my businesses to be about the care of their customers and employees rather than their concern over a particular political bent.
We actually need big businesses OUT of the pocketbooks of our politicians.
These are the times we are in. When a company employee has to ask why you chose to join up to their service.
My household always need a gallon of ketchup. As long as it’s reduced sugar.
thanks!
For instance, it's a lot cheaper per ounce to get a half-gallon of olive oil than it is to buy a series of 16-oz bottles. A lot of the cost is in the packaging and handling.
Their return policies are amazing so I buy any big(ger) ticket items there. Costco is 🔥
(I swear I don't own Costco stock and I'm not on commission lol!)
Also, they no longer accept AMEX - my only credit card.
We're moving to the US in a few months (yeah I know we're doing this in the worst time-line) . If Costco isn't great on the vegan front, what's another grocery store that isn't bowing to Trump?
We have used the car rental portal for renting cars, tire center, and gas station. There are benefits to buying your electronics there.
The hardest thing I've done is block Snoop on Spotify 😭
We’ve gone on trips, bought two sheds, furniture, and a slim microwave recently.
Best is their percent program. We have the store credit card where we get…..1
Truly don’t have the time to go “shopping” for her medical supplies. I’m dependent on online shopping and delivery’s in this time.
(Some products are seasonal).
If you don’t have a lot of storage &/or a large household - Kirkland Ibuprofen, Acetaminophen, soup, to-go food, Dishwasher detergent, paper towels, etc. + 40 lbs of cat litter.Their tuna is both sustainable & delicious. Check out their croissants 🥐 too!
Pet food & dog biscuits.
Laundry detergent, napkins, butter, eggs, the list goes on.
They have excellent pricing on prescription glasses & sunglasses. The selection is great & the quality is wonderful.
Half-ies on the 50lbs of flour?
Weevils aren't harmful but they are gross. If you find weevils in your flour, just sift them out.
I poured a bowl too, and there were weevils. She’s STILL eating & I can see them floating in cereal milk. 👀
“They float & I just scoop em out” she shrugged.
Seriously, though... anyone who eats Weetabix on the regular? They're not gonna be fazed by a few creepy crawlies.
And I wont need to buy parchment paper until 2030!
While I was there, 1/2
The store employee gave me a big smile.
Is that enough to drown an orange in?
Zealful zesting.

A full gall on?
Also, the wedges of jarlsburg and butterkase cheeses make for a great addition to homemade baked mac & cheese.
Start by understanding that America is just three investment funds in a trench coat.
So sounds to me like the shareholders aren't quite the way you describe
https://olympiafood.coop/
It’s awesome though because they do carry quality products. They a mini costco inside of the COSTCO for those of us that have small families.
I was saying they need one.
My freezer can only hold like three items from there 🤣
That would be great!
Otherwise they will go to my niece and nephew when I die.
Seriously, I get paper products, storable foods like crackers, canned goods and eggs back when they had them. Also assorted meds like acetaminophen, allergy stuff, eye drops….
Totally worth $
But they do ship non-perishables, so it might be worth it.
🤣😅😂 me!!!
Their fish and seafood is generally very good
I usually get bone-in chicken thighs and push them straight into the freezer, then cut off a section whenever I want chicken.
Very clever of them! Keeps me from having to do all the work of repackaging the pieces, like I have to do with supermarket "family packs."
https://www.costco.com/garden-center-ponds-fountains.html
Also, their olive oil consistently passes all the authenticity and value tests.
Good pharmacy too.
Glorious!
I think ketchup probably lasts forever 😂😆
Also, Costco pharmacy prices beat most others (including for pet meds).
Costco is an interesting place.

Who’s still dumb enough to shop at Target???
Wish we had some of the ethnic choices at our store.
Each store has unique local products not found in other locals.
You can hand them out my flyers
