Look, I don't believe in the devil, but there's gotta be some truth in "idle hands are the devil's playground". How do these people have so much free time? Why don't they spend it helping me clean my house instead of whatever this is???
Heβs literally furrowing his brow in the second image making his eyes appear narrower. These people are so cooked itβs astounding. This is pins and red yarn on a cork-board level conspiracy brain.
It has all the vibes of of a Rodan + Fields hunbot using different lighting and camera angles to create fake before and after photos of the miraculous under eye cream she's shilling
If they want to use this as "evidence" shouldn't the eyes in the pic on right be close enough to actually touch the triangle? This is critical mass stupidity.
He is supposed to look older it appears (laugh lines etc), so yeah that would make him less virile in his appearance.
To sit there and be butt hurt about this is why we know they are nuts.
Seriously, if character designers wanted to make a character subtly feminine, this is not how they would do it. They would mess with the eyes and mouth and especially gestures, not proportions of the face that change with expressions anyway. Body proportions and attitudes are much more telling. π€·ββοΈ
Yeah. Just added confirmation that all the bullshit systems are under-written with more bullshit bc thereβs no consistency, just vibes to justify their bigotry.
I hate to descend into the transphrenology pits with these chuds, but: menβs eyes generally appear closer-set than women. Shrek appears more βmasculineβ in the second image.
Good use of their time. I hope they die alone trying to figure out which fictional cgi monsters are on hrc. Better than being out in society, among us.
Lol. I presume they noticed the eye color of Shrek's daughter too. This stuff is why everyone should be scared by how trans people are being treated. People don't even know how to identify cis people correctly.
I like that EVEN THOUGH this IS a fictional cartoon character where it's not that strange if they have a slightly different design in a new movie, they're still doing the thing where they take two pictures of someone's face from two very different angles and pretend to be mystified by perspective.
I'm ashamed to be conflicted.
DreamWorks last movie in this IP, about the cat, was visually lovely and such a departure from the original - which came out back when studios were still under the impression that ultra-realistically rendered CGI wasn't a nightmare idea - that I'm curious about this.
Additionally, as the animation has not aged well, I am a little sympathetic to this otherwise openly shameless cash-grab.
With 2d animation, the really old stuff ages well. With early CGI animation... you pretty much have to understand the tech limitations of the era to think it looks good.
-- where "thinking it looks good" translates more to "appreciates the results they managed to get with what was available at the time."
I can appreciate the prowess behind 'Luxo jr.," but still think it looks like crap compared to what's possible for even low-budget CGI today.
I don't understand how people live like this without realizing how deranged they are. It reminds me of when Mario Bros Wonder came out and Mario had more pronounced eyelashes in the art and the same shit was being said. Mind you the dude has had a falsetto since like 1995 lol.
Transphobes : only people with fine hips, long hair, and soft faces and superfeminine features are women. The rest are MEN!
Also transphobes : Shrek is literally a woman
Transphobes discover that eyebrows are higher up when you look surprised, and lower when you're sad. Truly groundbreaking stuff
...also why does it always circle back to phrenology for these types? Someone should cave in their skull and measure the diameter of the hole they made
Setting aside the transphobic pseudoscience, why would an ogre, whose habitat is a swamp in Far, Far Away, have the same skull measurements or sexual dimorphism as a human?
I don't even know why I said holy shit. I once had a bunch of brainrotted 4Channers and YTers posting manifestos dissecting the shape of my nose to determine I was a Jew (I am not). Others my jaw to determine I'm trans (I am not). This was in 2014 or 2015.
I wrote a few pieces on my old site about Gamergate that GG did NOT like, one of which was picked up and shared by Brianna Wu (before she was an amoral grifter), Chris Kluwe, ZoΓ« Quinn, etc. So that turned the collective eye of incel Sauron onto me for a while. It was...an interesting time.
Reminds me of how Brianna Wu interned for Trent Lott prior to her GamerGate arc, and made alts spreading hate about herself on forums
I think she was always a self-loathing white supremacist β it's just that she figured we won her enough clout (π) for her to dispose of trans people, youth included.

Why would you assume a human mostly shaped mythical creature is gonna have the same cantal tilt or whatever the fuck as a Homo sapiens?
To sit there and be butt hurt about this is why we know they are nuts.
Something.
These idiots would have been laughed off the internet in 2008
The 2010 image, of course, the red triangle extends into the eyes, 2025 does even get to the eyes. The other comparison, uses different angles.
Oh, also, IT'S A CARTOON OGRE. People have far too much time on their hands.
And stretchβ¦
They're bonkers.
But I gotta draw the line about the phrenology.
Also so many holes to poke in this theory.
who the hell hurt these people so terribly that they carry such disgusting, inhuman hatred within themselves?
Wow. To actually spend time on this.
19th century phrenology shit.
nice
Even relatively realisticalky animated cartoon faces are squashy-stretchy when making various facial expressions.
These people get more ridiculous every damn day.

It's because we failed as a nation and we don't deserve nice things.

(This is actually a comparison of Neanderthalensis with Sapiens but sure)
